Boeing seeks interns who have portrayed leadership abilities in the past. How do you exude leadership in your current position?

"I feel I'm always exuding a sense of leadership, whether it is a formal part of my role or not. When it comes to my extracurricular activities such as volunteering with Meals on Wheels, or as captain of my school's soccer team, I am often the first to arrive and the last to leave. I am a strong team captain because I position myself as a positive example, and I offer myself as a teacher and mentor to those who want to grow and learn. As an intern at Boeing, my primary goal will be to learn from your experts in the engineering field. With that said, I believe my leadership capabilities will still shine through when it comes to my dedication and the eagerness and attentiveness I will bring to the job with me every day."
