QUESTION 28 OF 30

Do you consider yourself an overachiever? Why or why not?

Boeing wants to find the best interns who will thrive in their highly-competitive and ever-changing industry. When approaching this question, it's important first to define what you believe to be overachieving. By definition, overachievers 'perform better or achieve more success than expected.' Show that you are a high-performing team player who can still accept feedback with grace and work hard while avoiding burnout.

"I do consider myself an overachiever because I like to take my goals and targets and achieve more than expected. One example of this is with my overall grades and my goal of maintaining a GPA in the 3.9 range. With that said, I do not struggle with feelings of perfectionism. I actively seek feedback from my professors so that I can continually improve. It's important to me that I achieve and not fail; however, I still understand that failure is a part of life. When I do not achieve a goal, I can pick myself back up and try again."
