I wholeheartedly believe that it's the unique differences between us that leads to success. I know that Boeing takes the topic of diversity and inclusion seriously, and you include the issue in your core values. In school, I actively seek out collaboration opportunities with those different from me so that I can learn a new perspective. In high school, I was the founder of our Multiculturalism Club, where we all shared concepts, beliefs, culinary experiences, and more.
