HireVue augments human decision-making in the hiring process and delivers higher quality talent, faster." HireVue calls the algorithms that analyze your interview "assessment models." "HireVue Assessments take the place of the same kinds of things that a recruiter or hiring manager would be looking for in a candidate for the job you're applying for."
