I was an early adopter of smartphones, but I think they were called “smartphones” because you had to be really clever to figure out how to use them. The user experience was difficult and annoying. Then one day in 2007, my boss showed me his first-generation iPhone and it was so intuitive to use! I waited until the 2nd generation, which had 3G, and from then on I’ve been an iPhone user!

When you first started using smartphones were they from Apple or another company? Be careful about referring to Apple's phones as 'difficult and annoying,' even if you're talking about older versions (if it's another company, then go for it!) Otherwise, great answer! It shows your enthusiasm for the company's products. Do you use any other Apple products that you could also mention here? And how exactly have they improved or influenced your life?
