As someone from a very poor background, I am acutely aware that diversity is about more than just race and gender. As someone obsessed with innovation and improvement, I love talking to people with new perspectives, who can open my mind to new possibilities. Even when I disagree with someone, I learn from the experience. What matters, in the end, is respect for the person and the value they generate.

This is a strong answer because it directly relates to Apple's innovative spirit: you love to learn new things from the different people around you. Diversity can indeed encompass much more than just race and gender; it can also include academic backgrounds, interests, age, ethnicity, religious beliefs, disabilities, sexual orientation, and so on. You might state that you honor those who are different from you by respecting and learning from their varying perspectives.
