Talking about your most significant accomplishment will give the interviewer a firm idea of where you place your values. It will also show the interviewer more about your personality, how you like to be motivated, and how to coach you in the future. It is okay to brag a little bit when answering this question. "I designed a world-first intelligent security system for _______ gas stations, and then I built it, learning at every step. At the time this was a difficult challenge. I had only limited experience in programming, image processing, web services, video processing, serial data from pumps, database design, software licensing, and software security. But with focus and a lot of hard work, I built a product that could find the person holding the pump nozzle and redirect the camera to get a headshot, then do the same for the number plate. Because of this project, I now hold a patent."

In addition, consider giving some background as to why you decided to do this in the first place. But, otherwise, excellent answer!
