It seems you are accustomed to leading in a variety of aspects. If the interviewer asks the group's size, I suggest giving details on numbers. For instance, when you lead workshops for external clients, how many people are you training at one time? Try to give as much information as you can. These smaller details can help an interviewer picture you doing the work. For instance, 'I often lead workshops for my external clients' vs. 'I often lead workshops on topics such as X, Y, Z to my external clients, typically in groups of 25 attendees at a time.'
