Additionally, taking the initiative to develop innovative ideas or solutions to problems can be a valuable asset to the organization. Finally, consistently putting in extra effort and working long hours when necessary can show a strong work ethic and commitment to the company's goals.

Show the interviewer that you can do more than just the bare minimum. Show that you can react appropriately when you see that your employer has a need that exceeds your daily expectations by giving an example of going above and beyond.
