I saw the tutorials on your chargeback tool. There is a lot of data from that tool, and I can imagine there is even more available. I understand that my responsibilities are making sense of this data, finding patterns of chargeback claims, and finding solutions that clients could implement to improve their process. This requires skills in predictive analytics and visualization, which I have.

If I were to be hired for the position, I would be responsible for the solution design that describes the integration between the merchant and Adyen. I will also advise the merchant about how to optimize their payments. I would form a key part of the feedback loop, gathering merchant feedback, then collaborating with Solution and Technical Engineers to improve the integration workflow. I will also handle the project management aspects of the delivery.
