"When I started at the coffee shop, that was my first job. I'd bought coffee from there several times and made friends with the people who worked there. As soon as I considered working there, I asked everyone there how they enjoyed working there, and when I started working there, I asked everyone to share their working knowledge with me. While doing this, I end up with a lot of repeat information but learned a lot of the tricks of the trade from many perspectives. I kept my head down, asked a lot of questions, and in the end, earned everyone's trust. I then started sharing some tricks of my own, shared the trade secrets they hadn't shared with each other, and got everyone, inadvertently on the same page."

Therefore, part of what builds an effective and reliable team is cohesive work relations, feeling secure in their relations, and being able to trust one another.
