"It was time to prioritize my thesis when realized I had too many things going on. I wanted my Applications and Technology Solutions Club in college to continue on, yet my successors needed more guidance and kept reaching out. The club was struggling and their leadership was being challenged. I was also training the new assistant manager at the cafe, and they kept reaching out with lots of questions, lacking confidence in their new role. So I realized I had to put my thesis on hold to get everyone else up to speed. I wanted to move fast, so I spent the next week developing training guides for both the cafe and the club. I oriented both groups with their prospective guides as resources and got everyone up to speed."

The strength of your answer should be in your ability to set aside your own goals and ambitions, prioritizing the need for the greater good. Prioritizing other goals over your own isn't necessarily a bad thing. It simply means you instinctually did the right thing and what the team required of you. Frame your answer through this lens.
