I would focus on how you have communicated with any level of executive leadership in the past from a meeting standpoint. It should be along the lines of where you had to make a persuasive argument.

I would avoid oversharing. You definitely only want to give an overview of how you have facilitated any time of conversations or meetings with executive teams.

I find that as long as I come prepared with a few options and an agenda, it makes it easier to facilitate them. Although you can never be exactly prepared for things that might come up, this has been the approach that has worked for me in the past.
