Share the types of consumer research you have done in the past. Discuss a recent project where you were a part of the research or even how you have performed it in a past project.

I would not share too much information if you haven't done consumer research. You definitely want to be honest and share that you have little experience in consumer research if you do. Then share how your experience in research would contribute to this if it was a requirement.
