I would focus on something that you are working on currently to improve your skills. You can even share something that you just finished such as a class or program that has helped you improve your skills.

Stating anything along the lines of that you have it all figured out or you have been around for so long that there isn't anything that you don't know are both things I would avoid. If you aren't doing anything right now to improve your skills then share what you are about to do or want to do in the near future.

"There are a few things that I have planned to do this year to improve my brand strategy skills. Right now, I am focusing on increasing my presentation skills, so I am taking a couple of courses that will help improve that. I will finish my first one in a couple of weeks. I am always looking for ways to improve because things change so quickly and I want to keep up with how the digital space plays a part in strategy."
