Provide all parts of the process that you are involved in after you have submitted your proposal. You may have been a part of the process afterward with some and not others and that's fine.

"The process typically ends once the proposal has been approved, but I like to follow up with the clients every few weeks to see how things are progressing on their end. I touch base on if there are any obstacles that have arisen, or perhaps if there is any way that I can be of assistance to them."
