The interviewer wants to know whether you've researched their company's content or not. If you have, it will show that you are truly interested in the job. Further, if you are going to be hired to manage the content for the company they want to hear how you would improve things. But make sure to be positive and mention things that you like about their content too.
"The content that I've seen online by your company appears to engage and appeal to your desired demographic, which is great. It comes across as smart, interesting, and helpful. If I were hired for this role, however, I would make a few changes in some areas. For example, I've noticed that most of your content is distributed via blog posts on your website. I would definitely expand and try reaching your target audience through social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter. Your target demographic is very active on those platforms, and I think that a lot of your existing content could easily be repackaged from blog posts into social media posts that will interest your audience."
