"I enjoy working in a team setting and connecting with my coworkers. I have used several techniques to develop relationships and customize my approach to match the specific team and individuals I am working with. For example, I currently work in a remote setting, and I noticed that our team wasn't collaborating effectively. We discussed it in a retrospective meeting, and we all agreed that spending time learning about each other would help us to be more successful.

I volunteered to organize a series of team-building events. I met with each team member and asked them about their professional backgrounds and personal life. We met as a team every month, and I shared some of the things I learned about the person. We then did an activity together in honor of something our teammate enjoyed. We ate food from various cultures, watched a movie together, toured a museum online, and learned how to sketch cartoon characters. It was a fun way to get to know more about each other, and we found it made a huge difference in our ability to share ideas, trust each other, and successfully deliver our product."
