Remember to explain that you believe everyone is entitled to their professional opinion yet capable of maintaining respect for each other. Candidates that can show empathy and humility in their approach to handling this type of conflict impressed me when I was interviewing candidates I would be working with as a leader. It was important to me to identify team members who would be willing to share their ideas openly in a healthy way.
