"I am passionate about providing a safe and supported environment for students to feel free to be their authentic selves, takes risks, make mistakes, grow as independent learners, and ask questions. I believe that each student is inherently brilliant, just as they are. I encourage curiosity, thoughtfulness, creativity, perseverance, problem-solving, cooperation, and mutual respect in my teaching, and I believe all students are capable of learning."

I believe classroom and behavior management is about ensuring students are focused on their learning materials. My first step for classroom management is to make my lessons engaging and motivating. I believe that this is the best way to minimize disruptions and promote learning.
