A hiring manager will be able to tell a lot about your personality by learning about your other career interests. Describe different career paths that interest you and would be a good fit for your unique skill set and interests. Share why the role would be fitting the strengths it would highlight of yours. This is an excellent opportunity to share more about your talents and interests that might not otherwise be mentioned.

"I certainly do not regret the direction I have taken my career; however, if I had to completely start over in a new direction, I would likely pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering and become an engineer. Both of my parents were engineers, and they seemed to have a very fulfilling career. I enjoy analytics and research, which I tend to also do a lot of in my role as an educator."

I am pleased with the direction I have taken in my career. If I could make a change, I would combine my first career as a television producer with my second career in teaching in order to teach television production to elementary or middle school students. In doing so, I believe that I could create a fun and productive environment utilizing project-based learning where I could explain, demonstrate, and facilitate my students' learning in a variety of subjects including reading, writing, spelling, math, computers, and social studies, as well as in speaking and listening.
