One of UnitedHealth Group's core values is relationships and the 439,000 employees there live this value daily by working together to collaborate for better outcomes for their members. It will be very important in the final stage of their interview process that the hiring manager is assured that you will be a positive and influential fit on their team, so they ask to get a snapshot of who you are as a person. Take the time to walk through your interests and hobbies outside of work. This is a great time to talk about your moral values and give a sneak peek into your family life. However you respond to this question, make sure it is memorable to the hiring manager.

"If you hire me to join this amazing team at UnitedHealth Group, you will be getting a fun-loving and highly motivated person to help bring the best care to your members. Outside of work, my family is my top priority. My husband and I are raising three amazing kids. Our oldest is about to enter high school this fall, our middle child will be going into 7th grade, and our youngest is a year behind, about to head into 6th grade. Our children are very active in Scouts, athletics, and other outdoor activities that in turn keep us on our toes at all times. I help coach soccer and basketball for our daughters and really love being a positive influence on the kids to help them learn life lessons and to better themselves as athletes. Our family is also very passionate about giving back to our community. We volunteer regularly at the local animal shelter and our kids really enjoy the chance to volunteer."
