"While examining the website for United Way of Palm Beach County, I discovered the section that identifies key organizational values. I was especially drawn to the words 'inspiring' and 'approachable.' These two words describe how I strive to be in my interpersonal and professional relationships and endeavors. I want to empower individuals with the work I do and make them feel comfortable asking for help. As an employee of United Way, I would model inspiration and approachability in all of my interactions with others."
