"I am a regular volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. They've helped the less fortunate build or renovate their homes. They also dismantle fixtures from buildings that will be demolished, reusing those materials and saving them from being in a landfill. They also teach those in less fortunate positions to learn new skills and trades. They're a great non-profit."

"I am a pet foster parent who works with the ASPCA. I help those animals that come in and need a little love and acclimating with people with their confidence and get them adjusted and ready for their fur-ever homes. It's super rewarding work."

"I volunteer with a few voluntourism groups. The last one took us to Puerto Rico, where we helped rebuild homes after hurricane Ida. I met a lot of displaced families there."
