Have you ever had a conflict with a boss or professor? How was it resolved?

The interviewer wants to determine that you respect your leaders while acting with integrity on behalf of the company's success. "We believe that raising matters openly and discussing them freely is the best way to solve problems. Employees are encouraged to freely raise issues internally or externally." Share with the interviewer a time when you disagreed with your boss or professor but did not allow your differences to create tension or drama in the workplace. Do not elaborate on details; instead, emphasize your ability to work with those who manage you.

"I believe that it's my job as a professional to adapt to all types of people and respect leadership even when I disagree with their decisions. I will usually wait until the guests are gone before discussing it with my supervisor if I need to."

"I have been lucky enough to work with some great people and have not experienced conflict with a boss in the past. If I were to experience conflict in the workplace, I would address the situation immediately through a polite and respectful conversation.
