At Tesla, we believe in a sales process. Can you share with me what you believe the sales process is?

"I believe that a sales process begins before I meet a customer. I need to get my attitude right, put on a positive expression, and get mentally ready for the day. Then, when a guest arrives, I greet them with warmth and a bit of pep in the step. After the greeting, I listen to their needs, perform a vehicle presentation, build value in the product, and go for a demonstration drive. I am looking forward to learning about Tesla's sales process so I can build on what I have already learned."

"In the previous position, we were taught the Road To The Sale. It started with a meet and greet, went through the customer needs analysis and presentation to demon drive to the paperwork step. I spent weeks training and practicing and perfecting this process so that I could take a client from wherever they were to the point of purchase."

"Make contact, build a connection, and determine their needs. Determine how to meet their needs through your offerings, pitch your sale, create a proposal, negotiate terms, and close the sale."
