Why should we not hire you?

Don't give the interviewer a reason not to hire you! Tell them that you're excited about being a member of the Target family; that you love the product, mission, and aesthetic of the Target brand; and that you are a customer-focused worker who would be a great team-member. Confidently tell the interviewer that there is no reason not to hire you!

"I think I would be an excellent member of the Target family! I love meeting new people and helping them find what they're looking for, and I'm excited about the opportunity to work on a team. Target is a wonderful organization: I've always loved being a Target customer, and I would love to transition to a Target employee!"
