How to Answer
Don't give the interviewer a reason not to hire you! Tell them that you're excited about being a member of the Target family; that you love the product, mission, and aesthetic of the Target brand; and that you are a customer-focused worker who would be a great team-member. Confidently tell the interviewer that there is no reason not to hire you!
