How would your references describe you?
Employers like Target want to know about your interpersonal skills, and references from previous employers and coworkers are a great way to find out more about you. What kind of impression do you believe you make on coworkers and managers? What have others told you are your best qualities? Try to use real example of positive things your references have told you in the past. Concrete examples will impress your interviewer!
