How to Answer
There's no right or wrong answer here -- just be honest with the interviewer! If you have had a friend or relative who works or worked at Target, let the interviewer know what a positive experience they had and that they have wonderful things to say about their time at Target. If you don't know anyone who's worked at Target, that's okay, too! You can talk about some of your experience as a Target customer instead, or describe your impression of the Target team-members you've encountered as a shopper.
