"Over the past year or two, I've really tried to work on my communication skills. I used to be really shy and was afraid to approach new people. My friends encouraged me to put myself out there more, and the more I practice that behavior, the more confident I feel! At this point, I feel extremely confident communicating with strangers, building relationships with coworkers, and putting a friendly, open energy into the world. Now my friendliness is one of the things I like most about myself, and my friends all agree!"

"I love challenges and learning new things -- when I come up against a brick wall, I always want to find the best way to navigate it, whether that's by climbing over it, going around it, or pushing through it.
