"In my previous role, we worked on a variety of projects with fingerprint recognition software. One of the most interesting projects was a fingerprint-based ATM system. It was a test project for a large banking institution. In addition to learning a great deal about fingerprint recognition, I was also able to learn a lot about the critical relationship between software and security."

"I find the majority of the projects that I have been working on this past year to be very interesting. If I had to choose one, I would choose having had the opportunity to develop the Uber app with a team of software developers. This has been the most meaningful part of my internship with Uber, as I learned a lot about on-demand apps and building a friendly user interface."

Your interviewer wants to hear that you're a motivated individual with an authentic interest in the projects you've taken part in. This question is also an opportunity for the interviewer to dig into your project management skills, so make sure you adequately layout your methodical approach to tackling a project, whether personal or professional.

Demonstrate to your interviewer that you value continuous growth and learning opportunities by discussing a recent project that particularly piqued your interest. In most cases, it's best to focus on a professional example, but it's okay to discuss a personal project as long as you can give a compelling reason why it's relevant to your current work.
Maybe a project put you out of your comfort zone professionally, or perhaps it had a far-reaching impact. Reflect on what made the project meaningful and the top thing that you took away from it.

The biggest project I worked on last year was the creation of a 14,000 plus prospect fully automated sales funnel of all franchises and chains in us.
It stretched me to get creative since I was given limited resources, and because of this, it taught me to communicate effectively what I was trying to accomplish and set clear goals and targets to show progress.

Rachelle's Feedback
Very interesting, for sure! I recommend being super clear about the goals of this project and how this project impacted the company's overall success.
