It is okay to brag a little bit when answering this question. Demonstrate that you are proud of yourself and your career accomplishments and that you would take this same sense of pride in your work to a new role with Stripe. Point to a specific, relevant example that highlights the impact you made on a project.

It was back when we were just getting started in the US; I won a sale of a pharmacy chain that had 80 locations and was the fastest-growing pharmacy chain on the east coast and had quite a bit of buzz around it. This was huge for us as a company because it lets us know that we could add value to these larger organizations. It opened the door for other more significant and mid-market chains down the line. And we had to develop new solutions for them.
