While it's understandable that you will need some time to get up to speed in your role, you should convey to your interviewer that you're ready to hit the ground running on day one. Emphasize that you're a fast learner who will happily jump right into tasks. If you can think of one, give an example of a time that you quickly adjusted to a new environment and successfully completed a task or project right off the bat.
