We're looking for individuals who are purpose-driven and want to make a difference at Plaid. In a few sentences, why do you want to work for Plaid?

For this question, your interviewer is looking to gain insight into what you know and like about Plaid and how the company will help you meet your career goals. In your answer, stay focused on the alignment of your values with the organization's values and demonstrate that you've done your research on Plaid and the job you are interviewing for.

In your answer, highlight why hiring you would be a good fit for both parties. Rather than simply focusing on why the position is a good fit for you, point out to your interviewer that, if hired, your expertise would help the company solve a problem.
