Plaid is composed of team members who are looking to make an impact through their work while growing professionally in their careers. The interviewer is asking this question to ensure you'll fit in with Plaid's team culture, which emphasizes real-world impact. Make sure to connect this sense of pride with the impact that the project had.

"I worked on a long-term project at my previous company which focused on expanding our company pipeline to recruit new talent from more diverse backgrounds. I worked closely with the various teams to make this goal a reality, and as a result of the initiative, we were able to increase the hiring of individuals from underrepresented backgrounds by 20%. Seeing the tangible impact of the many months of planning and project implementation was beyond rewarding, and remains my most proud professional moment to this day."
