"If hired, I am flexible as far as working hours go. I have split custody of my son, so every other week, I'd need to be home by 4:30 pm to be home when he gets off the bus. If overtime were mandated on any particular day or a meeting was running late, I'd need a notification so my mom or my ex-spouse would be available at that time.
