I thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment with supportive peers. I do my best work when I am kept busy and engaged, but still have room to explore new ideas on my own. Having a good workplace culture is also highly important because I believe that collaboration is a very important part of innovation. However, I also believe myself to be highly adaptable, so I can work in a variety of environments and still be successful.
