I am first interested in generalizing a bit within the industry. I would like to explore various positions such as process improvement, quality assurance, and operations to get a better idea of what path I would like to follow. Then, I would like to work on gaining new soft and technical skills to develop into a professional and experienced engineer who can take on leadership and mentorship roles.
