According to the Philips Healthcare website regarding their culture, they actively seek new staff who focus on being as efficient as possible. They do so by applying Lean methods and the Kaizen philosophy. Knowing that technology is such an essential part of being efficient on the job, your interviewer needs to understand that you are always willing and ready to put technology to good use in your work.
"Last year, we implemented the Office 365 tools. There are more programs than I can imagine in that suite, so in my free time, I've been looking at as many as I can to see how we could incorporate these tools into our process. I am testing a scheduling app I found to save some of the back-and-forth with clients as we try to schedule conversations. It has saved me at least two hours a week, so I plan to roll it out to my team next month."
"I love finding any means of technology that helps me save time, both at work and at home. I recently began using an email application that uses machine learning to reply to emails automatically. With that quick implementation, the application has already saved me countless minutes each day."
Before your interview, think about ways you have utilized technology to the fullest in your previous work. As you answer, highlight how you took the initiative to learn something new and add value to your productivity with the new tool.

I have digitalized a lot of the work that I do at school to make it easier to search for information. I keep digital copies of my class notes in addition to my handwritten notes, and I have my calendar synced with my computer and phone. On the more technical side, I often use MATLAB to process and organize any large amounts of data that I obtain from labs or other classes, as it is a lot more efficient than using a calculator.
