First and foremost, be honest about which area is your strength and exude confidence in your answer. If you are one, the other, or both, offer storytelling examples where you've used this to your advantage and shined. You want to project your self-awareness and also assure your interviewer that while you are stronger in one area, you still are excellent in the other.

"While I'm very strong on the analytical side as displayed in my success in my Ph.D. program, I'd have to describe my strength being my interpersonal skills. I thrive on my interactions with my team and would bring excellent communication and teamwork skills to your team at Pfizer. There's a camaraderie that comes with being part of a work unit that makes you feel you're part of something bigger and I would look forward to getting this same opportunity here."
