No matter what business area at Pfizer you are interviewing as an intern for, you will likely need both analytical and interpersonal skills to succeed. This question will offer insights into whether you are more of a team collaborator or an innovator. Both bring value and there is no wrong or right answer.
First and foremost, be honest about which area is your strength and exude confidence in your answer. If you are one, the other, or both, offer storytelling examples where you've used this to your advantage and shined. I would describe myself as being both, I have strong interpersonal skills which have helped me learn from my team members and receive feedbacks that has helped me grow because of the interpersonal relationship I have with them. Also being analytical is seen in my interest in analytics.
