"The first thing that attracted me has to be the position. Based on the job description, this is a position that I believe will challenge me, teach me new skills, and allow me to demonstrate my current skills in ways that I am not able to in my current role. Aside from that, I would be very fortunate to work for an industry leader. I assume that because PG&E is such a force to be reckoned with, departmental expectations and individual performance is held to a high standard.
