Preparing questions before the interview and jotting down further questions throughout the interview communicates that you put time and thought into whether this position will complement your career path. That will show the interviewer that you have a sincere interest in pursuing this opportunity with them. Even if you wrote a question down before the interview that was answered through the interview set, still bring it up. You could say that you feel the question was already answered and then read the question and verify the answer to your question is correct. Even if it feels redundant, it communicates you put time and thought into it, which speaks volumes.
