"I have great people skills, and I make a point to be positive to boost morale when other people on my team are struggling. I'm a good listener, and I work hard to manage conflict with grace and ease whenever an issue arises with a client or a co-worker. All of my skills will increase productivity by keeping the work environment positive. I focus on providing the best quality in my work, which rubs off on my co-workers because my work ethic motivates them."

My greatest strength is developing relationships. I like working with people tremendously, and I feel that bringing other people in to solve a problem is highly effective. At my previous employer, when we had a foreign material issue, instead of completely relying on quality to solve the problem, I brought in the packaging operator, their manager, and the production manager to complete a risk assessment to explain where the foreign material was found, how the incident could have happened, and what we can do to prevent the issue moving forward. They say teamwork makes the dream work!
