My greatest professional achievement was having zero findings in the unannounced FSSC audit. This is a huge accomplishment for any company. I was responsible for HACCP, the food safety team, internal audits, and consumer complaints. I felt that my hard work towards the programs gave the auditor the confidence that I was doing a good job and keeping up with changes to the standards.
