I've implemented a new Sanitation program. During an FSSC audit, our sanitation program received a minor citation for not being complete or cohesive. I was tasked by my manager to make a new one. I sat down with each sanitation associate and the manager, and we discussed every aspect of their jobs, including, but not limited to, what they did daily, how long each item took, and what happened yearly. I created the first MSS, and when it was audited six months later, it had zero citations.

Excellent! The story example you provide demonstrates your ability to make a difference when given the opportunity to do so, and your change in this case had a significant impact in improving the sanitation program. You also make good use of the STAR framework to organize your response, which is highly beneficial when answering behavioral questions. Great job!
