Because Nestle Purina is growing at such a rapid pace, as they hire new staff, your manager may ask you to train new employees. If you have experience, talk about the strengths and skills you used to teach others. If you don't have experience with training, you can explain how you will demonstrate, listen to, and observe others throughout the training process.

"Yes, I trained two individuals on XYZ skill in my previous job. First, I had them shadow me so that they could see what I was doing. I made sure they felt comfortable asking questions, spoke slowly, and demonstrated the skill. I asked them if they wanted to try while I shadowed them. This was an effective way to train, and I enjoyed it very much!"

I do have experience training others. I currently am in charge of the quality training matrix at our site, as well as my own quality orientation. The quality training matrix consists of hands-on training for CCP/OPRPs. I will complete the hands-on training when due.
