"In my current role, there is a lot of turnover regarding our management team. I have had to adapt to three new managers in the past four years. It is not the ideal situation, but I maintain a positive attitude anytime we have someone new join, and I always volunteer to spend time with them to share more about our team and help them onboard in any way I can. I try to keep an open mind, as with every new leader, often also comes new vision and direction that I must be able to adapt to for the betterment and success of our team."
