"I'm excited about the global nature of the Kimberly-Clark business. I'm accustomed to being around people who aren't exactly like me through my roles over the last ten years, and I've been able to learn from exposure to different perspectives. However, I believe that truly being part of the global economy will be a life-changing experience that I will relish."
"With my current company, we have a very diverse group of people that range in age, race, experience, gender, and more. I embrace it fully. I love that, as a global company, Kimberly-Clark's teams reflect the diversity of your customers and enable stronger discussions, better insights, and breakthrough solutions."

"As I entered college from a small town, I hadn't been exposed to very culturally diverse atmospheres up to that point. I can say that the last four years have helped me learn to embrace collaborating with people from different backgrounds than me because we all bring our unique perspectives and knowledge to situations. I would imagine that Kimberly-Clark owes a lot of its success to a wealth of ideas from their staff."

I have worked with a diverse crowd. As a matter of fact, I just was working on a project in Florida with a few guys that were from Guatemala and Honduras. The language barrier was tough at times but thank goodness for Apple translate.
Marcie's Feedback
It's great that you have experience working with diverse groups of people. Don't forget to remind the interviewer that you recognize the value of working with people from different backgrounds because you can learn from them and benefit from their varying perspectives and ideas. Your example is a good one; just build it out a bit more, explaining how having people from other cultures benefited the project. Nice job!
