"I believe I could improve on some technical skills including Excel and PowerPoint. Currently I am at a beginner to intermediate level; however, I would be more comfortable at an advanced level. I have enrolled myself in an evening/weekend workshop for the next six weeks. We will see how stellar my skills are after that course!"

"Sometimes I have difficulty asking for help from co-workers. I like having control over my daily tasks and taking on new projects, but I'm not always willing to admit when I have taken on too much. When I made a mistake because I was juggling too many projects, I learned that it's okay to ask for help. I'm learning how to organize myself better and communicate what I need from my team. This skill has helped me be more effective at my job, and it's helped my team work together even better than before!"

I am a person when I'm working on a project sometimes become too detail-oriented; well, this sometimes causes some delays in project completion as I do not release it till I'm quite sure that it's perfect. I'm working on this weakness of mine by prioritizing and distributing work with my co-workers and concentrate on essential parts so that I can finish the project on time.

I believe I could improve on some technical skills. Like learning a programming language like Java or C# and some front-end programming as well. Sure, I know C#, but currently, I am at the beginners level and I feel I would be more comfortable at the intermediate to advanced level. Although I am a Data Engineer and I may not use any of these skills in my day-to-day work, I still want to learn just so that while talking to software developers and application developers, I can speak their language and better communicate my requirements and understand their requirements. And I might end up building some applications myself and not rely on developers to build applications for me.
