How you perceive yourself may differ from how others perceive you. So this tests your self-awareness and your level of experience. Being able to readily attest to how others perceived you, rather than suggesting you think they might say XYZ about you, can reveal a lot about your professional acumen. You may be carefree and fun-loving with your friends on the weekends, but at work, you are focused and professional. The interviewer is interested in your personality and how you may compliment the team. As you prepare for this question, picture a few scenarios that have occurred in your current or previous position. Maybe you are encouraging and motivating to your coworkers when they are having a bad day.
If you have proven yourself reliable, and people can depend on you to be on time, share it! Think about some of the qualities you enjoy in a coworker and share how you think you embodied some of those qualities.

My colleagues and I have a very respectable, yet jovial relationship with each other. We shared our goals and knowledge over the years to accomplish all our projects the best we can. I have a natural ability to organize people and projects, and my team values and trusts my decision-making. Overall I believe my co-workers, both current and past, would describe me as creative, collaborative, highly motivated, and a fast learner.

Nice! It sounds like your coworkers respect and like you, which is great. Can you explain more why they would describe you in these ways, providing some examples if possible? Also, make sure that the adjectives you're mentioning align with the qualities that the interviewer is seeking (per the job ad). Great job!
